Lancer Tactical Gen 3 Lightweight Durable Polymer M4 Airsoft MLOK AEG

The Lancer Tactical Gen 3 M4 Airsoft AEG is Lancer Tactical's latest innovation, designed as an adaptable and programmable platform for CQC, distant field engagements, and training simulation. Featuring a high-strength full polymer construction that is lightweight yet extremely durable, the Gen 3 boasts several significant improvements over the previous Gen 2 platform.

At the heart of the Gen 3 is a new built-in Zion Arms fully programmable electronic trigger unit (ETU), allowing users to program the gun to shoot in various burst modes. Paired with Lancer's fast trigger, the Gen 3 can unleash a barrage of BBs downrange. The reinforced metal Gen-2 gearbox incorporates ultra-smooth 8mm ball bearings, an 18:1 steel gear set, a steel-toothed polycarbonate piston, a bearing spring guide, a rotary hop-up, and a high-torque 19,000 RPM motor for consistent performance.

The Gen 3's polished 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel improves range and accuracy, while the full-length 20mm top Picatinny rail enables the mounting of optics, lights, lasers, and PEQ boxes. The newly designed pistol grip features textured side panels with front and back strap serrations for enhanced grip. Flip-up front and rear iron sights with a quick-deploy release are also included.

Unlike the Gen 2, the Gen 3 is equipped with a Deans connector, allowing for more space to accommodate higher-capacity batteries. The gun comes out of the box shooting at around 380-400 FPS, but a low-FPS spring is included for users to easily swap the spring using Lancer Tactical's quick-change spring system, accessible through the buffer tube.

The Gen 3 is shipped with a high-speed 130-round mid-capacity magazine that ensures proper feeding and helps prevent jams. Significant improvements have been made to the overall construction, making the Gen 3 lighter, tougher, and more capable than its predecessor.

To enter the program mode, the user must turn the selector switch twice from SEMI to AUTO, at which point the ETU will beep twice to indicate it is in the program mode. By pulling the trigger a certain number of times (1x for semi-only, 2x for 2-round burst, 3x for 3-round burst, and so on), the user can program the desired firing mode. To confirm the changes, the user must hold the trigger for over 2 seconds, at which point the ETU will emit a long beep, and the configuration will be saved, exiting the program mode.
